The purpose of this research were to study the factor developing human capital and knowledge management affecting operational efficiency Thailand national sport university’s health promotion, determine consistency pattern capital, management, efficiency, confirm development, sports promotion. This employed a mixed-method design. In quantitative phase was characterized by an initial data collection questionnaire with 304 participants selecting through probability sampling Multi-stage sampling, analyzed descriptive statistic, including frequency, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA, structural equation model: SEM. qualitative phase, 5 key informants position high level university participated in semi-structured interviews.
